Buying public liability insurance is a very smart thing for a business to do. In fact some states have a law that a business must not only get a policy that covers it’s employees with liability, but also a public liability insurance policy too.

This public liability insurance is made to cover a business if a third party gets injured or even their property gets damaged at a place of business. Many locations need this type of insurance even if it’s not said so by the state.
